I had a great weekend with family celebrating my nieces 1st birthday!!

  

4th weekend...

 I hope you all had a safe and happy 4th of July. 

I enjoyed the parade with my nieces and then we watched a movie under the starts before we lit  some sparklers...a perfect holiday weekend.

 

finally back to me . . .

Every year getting healthy and loosing weight is one of my New Years Resolution, I think this is the first year that I can say I was successful. As some of you may know I have been doing a rather crazy diet for the past 5 month. I have be eating beyond clean, working out like crazy, and have been doing a supervised diet with my doctor. It has been a crazy few months that have taught me an incredible amount about myself. I went in to my doctor last week for a final weigh in, even though I can see the results in the mirror hearing the numbers were another story all together. Here are the stats . . .

Overall Lost:

• Total Weight Loss: - 42.2 pounds
• Body Fat: 10% lost
• Dress Sizes Change: - 6 sizes
• Jean Size Change:  - 5 sizes 

Total Inches Lost:

• Waist: - 6 inches
• Hip: - 4 inches
• Chest:  - 3.75 inches
• Arms: - 3.25 inches
• Thighs: - 3.75 inches
• Knees: - .75 inches
• Neck: - 1 inches

Looking at these images  I still can not believe the difference. I still have a little ways to go to get to where I want to be but I think I have already gotten through the hardest part. I started a healthy journey and I am determined to stay on it.

Here we go again...

I start another 6 weeks of the HGC today...looking forward to this final leg in my health overhaul

a new project begins. . .

I started a new project today that I have been wanted to work on for quite some time.

Unfortunately I realized a little too late I did not have all of the pieces I needed to complete it today.

Hello Hawaii...I get to spend the next 5 days here, yes for work, but still better than behind a desk!!!

16 is the sweetest . . .

Spend this weekend celebrating my cousins sweet 16. I can't believe that we are here already, I remember going to her baby shower...I am starting to feel old!!!

What Happy Holidays...

My family and I had such a great holiday. We had fun in our photo booth with our silly props. I have such a great bunch of people that I am able to call my family. There is so much love and care in this group!!!

Farmers Market Success...

I strolled the Farmers Market on Saturday. The weather was perfect and I woke up in the mood to go out and explore. I was successful beyond my expectations. The vegetables were spectacular and priced just right. I was able to purchase most of the ingredients for one of the most spectacular meals that I have make in quite a while. It was a rather healthy meal that tasted anything but.
