weekly progress



In this first week of my new healthy living I have been trying to get into better habits mostly. I have lost a total of 7 pounds at this point so the constant sore muscles and hunger seem to be worth it. The progress is good motivation to keep pushing myself as well...although I keep chanting strapless bridesmaid dress...strapless bridesmaid dress...strapless bridesmaid dress!!! 61 days and counting

this was the view while I was jogging this evening...there could be a lot worse places to for me to make myself nauseous
